Day 1 · Learn & connect
Delegate kits, flag ceremony, lighting of the lamp and the opening plenary with zone and national dignitaries.
Concurrent skill-building sessions for members, LO officers and first-time delegates.
The business-networking conclave and the Lady Jaycee programme run as parallel tracks.
The zone's traditions, performances and banquet.
Day 2 · Decide & celebrate
Zone reports, motions and the assembly of all member LOs.
The zone elects its Governing Board for the coming year — Zone President, Vice Presidents, Directors and officers.
