Refund & Cancellation Policy
How registration fees for Utsav 2.0 are handled if you cancel or cannot attend.
1. Registration fee
The registration fee for Utsav 2.0 is ₹2,500 per person for registrations made on or before 10th November 2026 (early bird) and ₹3,000 per person after that. The fee covers participation in the conference sessions and the associated arrangements made for delegates. It does not include travel or accommodation unless expressly stated.
2. Registration deadline
Registration closes on 18th November 2026. Registrations submitted after this date cannot be accepted.
3. Cancellation by the delegate
To cancel a registration, write to zonecon@jciindiazone26.com from the email address used at registration, quoting the registered name and mobile number. Cancellation requests are effective from the date the email is received.
Because delegate arrangements are committed in advance, refunds are handled as follows:
- On or before 18th November 2026 — the registration fee is refunded in full, less any payment-processing charges actually incurred.
- After 18th November 2026 — the registration fee is non-refundable, as arrangements for the delegate have already been committed.
4. Substitution
If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible person from the same Local Organisation at no extra cost, provided the request reaches us before 18th November 2026 with the replacement delegate's details.
5. Group registrations
Where an LO President or Chairperson has registered a group, refund and substitution requests must come from that leader, and any refund is made to the account from which the group payment was received.
6. Cancellation or change by the organisers
If Utsav 2.0 is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees are refunded in full. If the event is postponed or the venue is changed, registrations remain valid for the rescheduled event; a delegate who cannot attend the new date may request a full refund.
7. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or the account from which payment was received, normally within 7–10 working days of the refund being approved.
