Terms of Service
The terms on which you use this website and register for Utsav 2.0.
1. Acceptance
This website supports Utsav 2.0, the ZoneCon — the annual conference of JCI India Zone 26 (a community body of JCI India, not itself a registered legal entity). The registration and payment services on this website are provided and operated by Adepts Advanced Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) in support of the event. By using this website or registering for Utsav 2.0, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.
2. Who may register
Utsav 2.0 is the ZoneCon, the annual conference of JCI India Zone 26. Registration is intended for JCI members, their Local Organizations, and invited guests. You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to register yourself or the delegates you register.
3. Registration and delegate details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit. We rely on them to allot seats, issue confirmations and print badges, so please keep them correct and up to date. We may contact you about your registration using the details you provide.
4. Fees and payment
The registration fee for Utsav 2.0 is ₹2,500 per person for registrations made on or before 10th November 2026 (early bird) and ₹3,000 per person after that, set by the Zone Governing Board and shown on the registration form. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of or subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). You pay the host team directly and upload a screenshot of the payment with your registration; your registration is confirmed once that payment is verified. Registration closes on 18th November 2026.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, cancellation and substitution are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel on or before 18th November 2026 for a full refund; after that date the fee is non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another eligible delegate from the same Local Organization.
6. Conduct at the event
Utsav 2.0 is run under the values and code of conduct of JCI. You agree to behave respectfully towards other delegates, hosts, staff and the venue, and to follow the instructions of the organising team. We may decline or revoke entry, without refund, for behaviour that is unlawful, unsafe or seriously disruptive.
7. Intellectual property
The name and marks of JCI, JCI India and Junior Chamber International, and the content, design and material on this website, are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without permission, except to view and use this site for its intended purpose.
8. Third-party services
This site relies on third-party services — including Razorpay for payments and the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) for messaging. Your use of those features is also governed by the providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
9. Disclaimers
This website and the information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Conference details — including dates, venue, programme and speakers — may change, and we will update this site as decisions are confirmed. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither Adepts Advanced Solutions (as the operator of the registration service) nor JCI India Zone 26 and its office-bearers and volunteers are liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your attendance at the conference. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
